ABOUT ANDREW

Over the last 25 years, he has led non-profit organizations, established a counseling center, and developed a successful leadership coaching practice. His work ethic and dedication to doing good work goes back to his first job at age 13 working for a local construction company. From that age until now, he has operated from the basic commitments to achieve exceptional results and take care of people well. Becoming Pinnacle Business Guide has brought together his experience and passion to truly serve leadership teams.

Andrew’s believes in his client’s potential and works on their behalf to help them develop a system that is customized to their needs and and launches their growth.

Andrew also invests in coaches entering the profession and moving forward to credentialing through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is credentialed at the Master Certified Coach level (MCC) with the ICF and is skilled at assessing and evaluating coaches in their development of competency. With a business partner, Andrew developed an internal coach training program for Franklin Covey, a large international training corporation. He also serves on the faculty of a Professional Christian Coaching Institute, a virtual coach training school where he has opportunity to promote high standards of effective credentialed coaching in the marketplace.

Andrew earned a doctorate in family therapy which has honed his interest and insight into organizational and business health. He is an astute learner and helps his clients quickly discern what they need to help them flourish.

He and his wife, Karen, live in Holland, MI, near the beaches of Lake Michigan. He enjoys cycling, hiking, watercolor painting, and woodworking.
